IIM Lucknow Summer Placement: PGP and PGP-ABM students of Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Lucknow have achieved 100 per cent summer placements by securing a total of 576 offers. This year, according to IIM Lucknow, the average and median stipend was Rs 1.31 lakh per month and Rs 1.30 lakh per month, respectively. This year, the highest domestic stipend reached Rs 3.50 lakh per month, while the international stipend is Rs 4 lakh per month.
The average stipend for top 10 percent, top 25 percent and top 50 percent students were 2.25 lakh per month, Rs. Rs 2.08 lakh per month and Rs 1.77 lakh per month respectively. Students were placed in top recruiters around the world in various roles across consulting, finance, general management, product management, sales and marketing, operations, retail and e-commerce.

Among the first-time recruiters this year are Antiques, Country Delight, Cranmore Partners, Cummins, Dementh, Dolat Capital, EstateX, EY, IB, Giansys, Halon, North Bridge Capital, NPCI, Ola, Pine Labs, Policy Bazaar, Practo, Responce, Samagra, Sciera, Splash, StockGro, Tencent, Virusha, Visa, Walmart, Whatfix, HCCB, Hero Moto Corp, ICRA, IHX, Kaabil Finance, Liquid, MAQ Software, Meibach is included. Consulting, MakeMyTrip, Naturals, Neev Fund and Yum Brands, among other companies, were efficiently brought on board. Apart from these, big consultancies and other companies also participated in the recruitment process.
These include Accenture, Aditya Birla Group, Adobe, Alvarez & Marsal, Amazon, Arthur D. Little, Atlassian, EY, Goldman Sachs, Google, HUL, ITC, J.P. Morgan Chase, Kearney, KPMG, McKinsey & Company, Mondelez, PepsiCo, Procter & Gamble, PwC, Avendus Capital, Bain & Company, Bernstein, Boston Consulting Group, Citigroup, Colgate-Palmolive, Deloitte, Deutsche Bank and Tata Administrative services, recruit candidates for diverse job profiles. Some of them also featured international roles.
