IIM Ahmedabad ends its PGP-FABM Summer Placements in a day; Placement of 45 Students Took Place

A total of 45 students from the FABM Class of 2023-25 ​​will join their respective companies to complete their summer internships during April-June 2024.

GP-FABM Summer Placements: Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (IIM A) completed its PGP-FABM (Post Graduate Program in Food and Agribusiness Management) summer placements process for the batch of 2023-25.

A total of 45 students from the FABM Class of 2023-25 ​​will join their respective companies to complete their summer internships during April-June 2024.

The placements included a variety of roles across various sectors including but not limited to agri-input, commodity trading, conglomerates, food supply chain, food processing, agri-tech, agri-consultancy, ESG consulting, dairy, FMCG retail and more. 11 students got jobs in Agri-Input, 7 in Agritech, 6 in Consulting, 7 in Conglomerates, 9 in FMCG, 2 in Food Processing and 3 in other sectors.

Top Recruiters:

This time the summer placement process ran in hybrid mode. Regular recruiters like Accenture, Ernst & Young (EY), Marico, Godrej Agrovet, Bayer, UPL, Nestle, PepsiCo, Olam Agri, DeHaat, Coromandel, International Flavors & Fragrances (IFF), PI Industries, McCain , Vegrow, Grow Indigo, Varaha, Amul, Banas Dairy, Hester Biosciences, Krishika Advisory Services (KAS), and Terviva participated in the placement process.

Some new recruiters also joined such as Happilo, Storia Foods, Renew, Harvest Global, Environmental Defense Fund (EDF), Beaphar, Louis Dreyfus Company (LDC) and others. The event also saw participation from companies like DCM Shriram, RPG Group (Harrison’s Malayalam), Murugappa Group (Coromandel International) and Export Trading Group (ETG).
