Noida and Greater Noida Traffic Advisory for Tomorrow: Check Restrictions and Diversions Ahead of PM Modi Inaugurating SEMICON Event

Greater Noida Traffic Advisory: The Noida traffic police on Tuesday issued a traffic advisory ahead of SEMICON India 2024, which begins in Greater Noida on Wednesday.

The three-day conference will be inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and hence will see a lot of VVIP movement. Leading global semiconductor companies are set to attend the event, which will feature over 250 exhibitors and 150 speakers.

The Gautam Buddh Nagar traffic police has issued an important traffic advisory for September 11, 2024, in anticipation of a high-profile visit to Greater Noida. Due to anticipated traffic disruptions, several routes will be diverted, and alternate routes have been suggested to facilitate smooth travel during the event,” the Noida traffic police said in a post on X.

Major Deviations:

+ Vehicles going towards Greater Noida from Chilla Red Light will be diverted from Sector 14A flyover towards Sector 15 roundabout.

+ DND Flyway to Greater Noida: Traffic from DND Expressway to Greater Noida will be diverted at Rajnigandha Chowk, Sector 16.

+ Kalindi Kunj Border to Greater Noida: Traffic going from Kalindi Border to Greater Noida will be diverted at Sector 37.

+ Sector 37 to Greater Noida: Vehicles going from Sector 37 to Greater Noida will be diverted to the double service road from Sector 44 round-about.

+ Noida to Jewar toll: Vehicles going from Agra to Noida will be diverted towards Sobta underpass after Jewar toll.

+ Pari Chowk to Greater Noida West: Noida-Greater Noida bound traffic from Pari Chowk will be diverted to Surajpur route.

+ P-3 Roundabout to Greater Noida West: Surajpur/Greater Noida West bound traffic from P3 Roundabout will be diverted to Swarn Nagri from P3 Roundabout.

+ Hindon Cut to Sector 151: Traffic from Agra to Noida will be diverted via Hindon Cut to the double service road at Sector 151.

+ Traffic from Greater Noida to Noida will be diverted via the expressway from Char Murti Roundabout to Sector 94.

+ Film City Flyover to DND Flyway: Traffic from GIP Mall via Filmcity flyover towards will be diverted via the U-turn under the flyover.

+ Rajnigandha Chowk to DND Flyway: Traffic from Rajnigandha Chowk towards DND will be diverted via DSC via Ashoka Nagar.

+ Vehicles will be diverted towards Ashok Nagar from Sector 15 roundabout.

What is SEMICON India 2024?

To further boost the growing semiconductor sector, SEMI, Messe Muenchen India and ELCINA are launching SEMICON India in Greater Noida on September 11-13, 2024, along with South East Asia’s largest electronics fairs, Electronica India and Productronica India.
