New Delhi: Eknath Shinde on Wednesday gave enough indications of the return of the BJP chief ministerial candidate in Maharashtra as he announced that his party Shiv Sena will support any candidate decided by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah as the next leader of the Mahayuti.
Caretaker Chief Minister Eknath Shinde stated at a press conference that he communicated with Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah yesterday, emphasizing that he would not hindrance or obstruct the formation of a new government in the state of Maharashtra.

Shinde’s clarification comes amid a strong stand and concerted campaign by Shiv Sena leaders for his continuation as the Chief Minister. “Tomorrow (November 28) there will be a meeting of all three parties (of the Mahayuti) with Amit Shah. A conclusive decision will be taken following that, Shinde stated.
