In the critical post, the user stated, All of your products cater to individuals who do not engage in study and research

Your vehicles fall short of Hyundai in terms of aesthetic appeal. , I don’t know if it’s your design team or you who have such bad taste. Users said Mahindra’s cars lacked aesthetic appeal and reliability, and described some of the designs as “like cow dung”. So far, only disappointment,” the post concluded.

Instead of dismissing or ignoring the comment, Anand Mahindra tweeted with a screenshot of the now-deleted post, in which he acknowledged that the company recognizes that it still has a long way to go, but it also pointed out to the critics the substantial progress Mahindra has made since the 1990s, a time when experts advised the company to exit the automotive industry.

Anand Mahindra tweet Upon my entry into the company in 1991, the economy had recently begun to liberalize, he started. A leading global consulting firm strongly recommended that we withdraw from the automotive sector, as they believed we had little chance of competing with international brands.

Three decades later, we are still existing and competing fiercely.” Addressing the user directly, He pointed out that the organization has leveraged the pessimism, scepticism, and even the rudeness reflected in your post to bolster their determination for success.
