UPSC Civil Services Examination 2024 Final Result Declared: Result on upsc.gov.in

Candidates who participated in the Union Public Service Commission Civil Services Examination (CSE) 2024 can now access their final results.

UPSC CSE Final Result 2024; The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) declared the final results of the Civil Services Examination (CSE) today, April 22. Candidates who participated in the Union Public Service Commission Civil Services Examination (CSE) 2024 can now access their final results. The UPSC has declared the final results on its official website, upsc.gov.in.

The result document will list the names of the candidates selected for appointment. This year Shakti Dubey has secured the first position in Civil Services Examination followed by Harshita Goyal in second place. This is the first two positions occupied by women candidate.

UPSC Civil Services Examination:

Considered to be one of the most competitive exams in the country, lakhs of candidates appear for UPSC Civil Services Examination (CSE) every year. This exam serves as a gateway to prestigious posts like Indian Administrative Service (IAS), Indian Police Service (IPS), Indian Foreign Service (IFS), Indian Revenue Service, Indian Trade Service and other Group A and B Central Services.

The recruitment process consists of three stages: preliminary, main and personality assessment (interview). The final merit list is prepared based on the performance of the candidates in all three stages. For the 2024 recruitment exam session, the interview segment began on January 7 and ended on April 17. This recruitment initiative aims to fill a total of 1,132 posts.
