100 Percentilers  increase:

This time, the number of candidates scoring 100 per cent has increased by 13 candidates compared to 2023 as a total of 56 candidates have scored 100 per cent scores in Paper 1 (BE/B.Tech), of which two are girls (Saanvi Jain from Karnataka and Shaina Sinha) from Delhi), and the rest are male candidates. This number has increased from 43 in 2023, of which only one girl, Ridhi Kamlesh Kumar Maheshwari from Karnataka, had scored 100 per cent.

A total of 23 percent had reached the 100 percent mark in the January session. Telangana leads the way with seven students achieving this feat, followed by Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh and Rajasthan, each claiming three 100 per cent holders. Two students each from Delhi and Haryana scored 100 per cent marks, while one student each from Tamil Nadu, Gujarat and Karnataka scored full marks.

Telangana has the Highest Number of Toppers:

Like last year, Telangana has reported the highest 100 percentile in JEE Main this year too. In 2023, there were 11 students from Telangana who scored 100 per cent marks. This year this figure has increased to 15. It is followed by Maharashtra and Andhra Pradesh, which each have 7 students with 100 per cent, compared to 2 and 5 respectively in 2023. The number of 100 percentiles in Delhi NCR increased from 2 in 2023 to 6 in 2024, followed by Rajasthan with 7 toppers.
