CBSE Class 12th Result: This year, CBSE recorded an overall pass percentage of 87.98 percent. This year a marginal increase of 0.65 percentage points has been seen in the passing percentage. Students can check the results on the official websites- cbse.gov.in, results.nic.in, results.digilocker.gov.in and umang.gov.in by entering their name and roll number.
This year the passing percentage of girl students is 91.52 percent, which was 90.68 percent last year. This year the passing percentage of boys is 85.12 percent. Not declaring the merit list will prevent unhealthy competition.
Thiruvananthapuram has the highest pass percentage with 99.91 percent, followed by Vijayawada and Chennai with 99.04 percent and 98.47 percent respectively. Marksheets and passing certificates of CBSE students will be made available on DigiLocker for online access.
Applicants who appeared for the exam can download their result online by activating their Board Class 12 result on their DigiLocker account. Students must use their security PIN and activate their accounts so that they can download digital copies of their mark sheets and certificates.
After the declaration of CBSE Class 12th result, students who fail to qualify the examination will be able to appear for the board compartment examination. Information about compartmental exam will be given after the declaration of the result.
