NEET-UG 2025 Registration Begins: Exam on May 4, Apply by March 7, 2025

NEET-UG 2025: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the registration details for the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test for Undergraduates (NEET UG) 2025. The examination is scheduled to be held on May 4, 2025, for those seeking admission to MBBS, BDS, BVSc, AYUSH, and BSc Nursing programs. Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria may submit their applications on the official website neet.nta.nic.in between February 7 to March 7, 2025.

Earlier, the NTA had confirmed that there will be no change in the format of the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test for Undergraduates 2025 exam. It was decided that the exam will be conducted in the traditional pen-and-paper mode, in a single shift and on a single day, as per the decision taken by the National Medical Commission (NMC).

The decision to retain the existing format comes nearly a year after the controversy surrounding the alleged leak during the NEET-UG 2024 exam. In response, a high-level committee headed by former ISRO chairman K. Radhakrishnan was formed to recommend reforms in the exam process.
