NEET PG 2024 Application: As per the announcement by the National Board of Examination in Medical Sciences (NBEMS), the online application process for NEET PG 2024 will begin today on April 16. Interested and eligible candidates can register for the NEET PG 2024 exam on the official website – natboard.edu.in. NEET PG exam is scheduled to be held on June 23, 2024
Earlier, the exam was scheduled for July 7, 2024. Eligible candidates can register between April 16 (3 pm) and May 6 (11:55 pm).
NEET PG 2024: Steps to Register
Step 1: Visit the official NBEMS website- natboard.edu.in
Step 2: Click on NEET-PG 2024 link
Step 3: A new page will open, candidate have to complete the registration process.
Step 4: Fill in the application form with required details
Step 5: Make the application fee payment
Step 6: Proceed to download confirmation page for further requirements.
Eligibility:
Applicants must have completed MBBS degree or provisional MBBS pass certificate from a university affiliated to the Medical Council of India (MCI). Additionally, medical graduates must have a permanent or provisional registration certificate issued by MCI or State Medical Council (SMC). Candidates will be required to complete a 12 month rotatory internship. It is important to note that the deadline to complete the internship to be eligible for NEET PG 2024 is August 15, 2024.
NEET PG 2024 Application Fee: The examination fee for NEET PG 2024 has been revised by NBEMS in the latest update. The fee for all categories of candidates has been reduced by Rs 750. General and OBC candidates will have to pay a revised fee of Rs 3,500, while SC, ST and PWD candidates will have to pay a fee of Rs 2,500.
As per the revised schedule, the results of postgraduate entrance examination will be declared on July 15, 2024 and the counseling process will start from August 5 and end on October 15, 2024. The new academic session will start from September 16, and the last date for joining is October 21, 2024.
