FMGE July 2023 Application Process Begins at nbe.edu.in; Check how to apply

Students can submit the online application form till 11:55 pm on June 20. The exam will be conducted on July 30 and the results will be declared on August 30.

FMGE July 2023 Application: National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has started the application process for Foreign Medical Graduate Examination (FMGE) July 2023. Candidates can submit the online application form at – natboard.edu.in.

Students can submit the online application form till 11:55 pm on June 20. The exam will be conducted on July 30 and the results will be declared on August 30.

FMGE July 2023 Application: How to apply

Step 1: Visit the official website of NBESM-natboard.edu.in

Step 2: On the page, click on “FMG examinations”

Step 3: Enter your personal details to register.

Step 4: Once registered, enter your details and other information.

Step 5: Pay the registration fees.

Step 6: Save and download the fee receipt.

FMG Examination Fee:

Candidates are required to pay the examination fee of Rs. 7080 (Rs. 6000 examination fee +Rs. 1080 GST).

FMG Examination Eligibility Criteria:

The candidate must possess a primary medical (MBBS or Equivalent to MBBS)  qualification, confirmed by the concerned Indian Embassy, ​​as a recognized qualification for enrollment as a medical practitioner in the country in which the institution awarding the said qualification is located.

“Candidates who fail to submit the documents prescribed in the Information Bulletin for FMGE will not be permitted to appear in the examination and will be declared ineligible to appear,” reads the notice.

FMGE consists of 300 multiple choice questions and the paper is divided into two parts. There is no negative marking for FMGE July 2023. The duration of the exam is of two and a half hours.

Candidates who have completed their undergraduate medical qualification from the below-mentioned countries do not have to appear for FMGE for registration with MCI, provided they are eligible to enroll as medical practitioners in the respective country.
