CAT 2024 Updates: Registration Closes Today, September 13 at iimcat.ac.in

CAT 2024 Updates: Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Calcutta will close the registration portal for CAT 2024 on September 13. Candidates are requested to complete their registration including fee payment on the official website – iimcat.ac.in by 5 pm today.

This year, the CAT 2024 exam will be held on November 24 at various test cities across the country.

Applicants must have a minimum graduation degree with at least 50 percent marks (45 percent for ST, SC and OBC candidates) or be in the final year of graduation to be eligible for the exam. Also, candidates with the required percentage in professional degrees such as – CA, CS, ICWA and Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries of India (FIAI) are also eligible.

Candidates are requested to register using the email id and contact number active during the admission process.

After registration, IIM Calcutta will release the admit card between November 5 and November 24. CAT results are expected in the first or second week of January 2025. CAT is required for admission to IIMs and top business schools in India.
