CAT 2024 Application: The application window for the Common Admission Test (CAT) 2024 will close today, September 20. Candidates who have not yet applied for admission to postgraduate management programmes can apply at iimcat.ac.in.
The Indian Institute of Management Calcutta (IIM Calcutta) is the conducting body of CAT this year. Common Admission Test (CAT) 2024 exam is scheduled to be held on November 24. It will be held in around 170 cities. Applicants will have the opportunity to select up to five preferred cities in the application form for CAT 2024.

After the registration window closes on September 20, a very short editing window will be made available to registered applicants. Candidates will be able to edit their photograph, signature and exam city preferences in the application form (if required).
CAT 2024: Exam Pattern
Three 40-minute sessions will be held to conduct the CAT 2024 exam. A total time of 120 minutes will be given. The CAT exam pattern will consist of multiple-choice questions (MCQs) and non-multiple-choice questions or TITA (Type in the Answer) questions. The duration of the CAT exam will be 120 minutes. The exam will have the following three sections:
