Application Starts for COMEDK UGET 2024, Exam on May 12

The Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMEDK) will conduct the Undergraduate Entrance Test (COMEDK UGET 2024) on May 12. The consortium has started accepting applications from February 1, 2024. Candidates willing to appear for COMEDK UGET can apply for the exam on May 12 till April 5 at comedk.org.

COMEDK UGET 2024 Registration Fee 2024 is Rs 1,800 without taxes. Candidates appearing for both engineering and medical programs will have to pay Rs 2,950 without convenience fee.

COMEDK UGET 2024: Steps to Apply:

1. Go to the COMEDK website-comedk.org.
2. Fill the UGET 2024 application form.
3. Upload required documents.
4. Pay the application fee via online payment methods.
5. Save the confirmation page to your device and print a hard copy for future reference.

The exam will be conducted for three hours duration with a total of 180 questions carrying one mark. The paper will be divided into three sections – Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry. COMEDK UGET has different exam patterns for engineering and medical courses.

Candidates will get one mark for each correct answer. As per COMEDK Exam Pattern 2023, no marks will be deducted for wrong answers. However, the principle of least negative feedback (number of wrong answers) will be adopted in case the test scores are equal, the consortium said. Apart from this, if necessary, other methods can also be adopted to break the ties.

COMEDK 2024 Application Correction Facility:

After the application process is over the authority will open the application correction facility. Candidates have to correct the mistakes in COMEDK application form. In case of any error the application will be rejected. Candidates must verify the details carefully before submitting the COMEDK 2024 UGET application form.
