UPSC Prelims 2025: UPSC Releases CSE Prelims Admit Card, Exam on May 25, 2025

UPSC Prelims 2025 Admit Card: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the admit card for the Civil Services Examination (CSE) preliminary exam for the year 2025 on May 13. Candidates who have completed their registration for the UPSC CSE 2025 prelims can download their hall tickets from the official websites upsc.gov.in and upsconline.gov.in. The examination is scheduled to held on May 25, 2025.

This year, applications have been solicited for a total of 979 positions. Candidates who achieve scores above the designated cut-off marks in the CSE prelims will qualify to register for the UPSC main examination. The main examination will be descriptive in nature and will occur over a span of five days, commencing on August 22, 2025.

Candidates must check the following details on their admit card and report any discrepancy to the Commission:

+ Candidate’s photograph

+ QR code

In case of any discrepancy in the UPSC CSE 2025 prelims hall ticket, candidates must immediately inform UPSC through mail on the email id – uscsp-upsc@nic.in. To lodge a complaint, candidates must mention their name, roll number, registration ID, name and year of examination in all communications or correspondence with UPSC.
