JEE Main Session 2 Admit Card Released for Paper 2: Candidates can download the admit card from the official website.

JEE Main  Session 2 admit card: National Testing Agency (NTA) today released the admit card for Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2022 session 2 for Paper 2 (B-Arch and B-Planning). The admit cards for the candidates appearing for Paper 1 (B.Tech/BE) have also been issued at the examination centers outside India. Candidates who appeared for the exam can download the admit card from the official website-jeemain.nta.nic.in / nta.ac.in.

JEE Main session 2 will be conducted from July 25. Earlier it was scheduled to start from July 21, but it was postponed a few days ago. “We need some buffer between the two exams for adequate preparation. CUET is ending on 20th July and it would have been difficult to start another exam the next day. Hence, JEE (Mains) will now begin from July 24.

JEE Main (Paper 2) : Steps to download Admit Card

Step 1: Visit the official website, jeemain.nta.nic.in. 

Step 2: Select the “admit card” link. 

Step 3: To login, enter the registered ID and date of birth. 

Step 4: The JEE Main admissions card will show up on the screen. 

Step 5: For additional reference, download the document and print it out.

On the day of the exam, candidates appearing for the exam must carry their JEE Main admit card along with one valid photo ID proof to the exam centre.

National Testing Agency (NTA) conducted the first session of Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) from June 20 to June 29, 2022. By whom was the official JEE Main 2022 answer key, question paper, and recorded response sheet for session 1 made available? NTA on 2nd July. The candidates who were not satisfied with the answer key were allowed to contest it between July 2 and July 4 till 5 pm.

There has been a reduction in the number of attempts given to each candidate, which is the major revision implemented by the NTA. JEE Main 2022 will be conducted only twice this year as compared to last year. Earlier there was only one session in JEE Main, but in 2020 this number was increased to two. In the year 2021, NTA conducted four sessions of JEE Main exam.

The Ministry of Education (MoE), Government of India (GoI) has established the National Testing Agency (NTA) as an independent, autonomous, and self-sustained premier testing organization under the Societies Registration Act (1860) for conducting efficient, transparent, and international standardized tests in order to assess the competency of candidates for admission to premier higher education institutions with a mission to improve equity and quality in education by developing and administering research-based valid, reliable, efficient, transparent, fair and international level assessments.

NTA strongly believes in the quality, efficiency, effectiveness, equity, and security of assessments. The Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Education, Government of India has entrusted the responsibility of conducting the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Main) to the NTA from 2019 onwards.
