Top Law Colleges In India: According to the National Institute Ranking Framework (NIRF) 2024, National Law School of India University, Bengaluru is the top ranked law university in the country with a score of 83.83. This is the seventh consecutive year that National Law School of India University (NLSU) Bengaluru has emerged as the best law institute in the country.
NLU Delhi, NALSAR University of Law Hyderabad, WBNUJS have retained their second, third and fourth positions respectively. The score of National Law University (NLU) Delhi, India is 77.48. NALSAR University Hyderabad is at the third position with a score of 77.05 and The West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences (WBNUJS) is at the fourth position with a score of 76.39.

Recently introduced categories include rankings for the top 50 state public universities as well as another 50 institutions placed within the 51-100 rank range. Only three institutions have been ranked in both the Open University and Skills University categories.
The ranking framework assesses institutions through five key parameters: Teaching, Learning and Resources (TLR), Research and Professional Practice (RP), Graduate Outcomes (GO), Outreach and Inclusivity (OI), and Perception (PR). Institutions are ranked based on their total scores based on these parameters, giving a comprehensive view of their strengths.
