SBI Paid Internship Programme 2025: Apply and Earn up to Rs 16,000 Per Month

SBI Paid Internship: The State Bank of India (SBI) is inviting applications for its Youth for India Fellowship 2025-26, a 13-month paid internship programme aimed at engaging young professionals in rural development projects across India. This fellowship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to meaningful social initiatives while gaining valuable experience. According to the official notification, the SBI internship is done in collaboration with leading NGOs.

This internship prepares young leaders who experience a transformational journey through tackling challenges faced in rural India. These leaders collaborate with NGO partners, local government, and the community to develop and sustain grassroots initiatives.

SBI Paid Internship Eligibility Criteria:

Education: Applicants must have completed a bachelor’s degree before October 1, 2025.

Citizenship: Open to Indian citizens, citizens of Nepal or Bhutan, and Overseas Citizens of India (OCI).

Age Limit: Candidates must be between 21 and 32 years of age at the start of the program, which means they must have been born between August 5, 1993, and October 6, 2004.

Application Process:

I) Registration: Visit the official website and complete the online registration form.

II) Online Assessment: Submit essay-based responses detailing your motivations and vision for the fellowship.

III) Personal Interview: Shortlisted candidates will participate in interviews assessing their suitability and passion for rural development.

IV) Selection and Onboarding: Selected candidates will receive offer letters and undergo an onboarding process to prepare for the fellowship.

SBI Internship 2025: Selection Process

I) After filling the registration form, candidates will have to complete an online assessment in which they will be asked a few questions including attitude, intention to join the fellowship and overall world view.

II) The shortlisted candidates will undergo an interview round to assess their suitability for the program. The final selection is based on the performance of the candidates in the personal interview, online assessment and overall suitability.

III) After clearing all the rounds, the selected candidates will receive an offer letter to join the fellowship on a date to be determined by SBI.
