NEET-UG Counselling 2024: MCC Round 1 for Admission to 15 percent All India Quota Seats, AIIMS, Central and Deemed Universities, JIPMER and More

NEET-UG Counselling 2024: The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) under the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) will begin the first round of counselling today on August 14.

The counselling process will be for 1,09,145 MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery) and 27,868 BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) seats. Additionally, around 1,000 B.Sc Nursing seats will be allotted through NEET counselling, apart from many others in AYUSH and veterinary courses across India.

The counselling process for 15 per cent of All India Quota seats as well as AIIMS, all Central University seats, JIPMER (Pondicherry) and all Deemed University seats will be managed by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC).
