NEET-PG Exam 2024: Pointing to the huge controversy over alleged irregularities in NEET-UG and UGC-NET, the government said it has “decided to thoroughly evaluate the robustness of the processes of NEET-PG conducted by the National Board of Examination (NBA).
The Health Ministry has decided to postpone NEET-PG Exam 2024 scheduled for tomorrow (June 23) as a precautionary measure. The new date of examination will be announced immediately. We regret any inconvenience this may cause to students.
The government said that this decision has been taken in the best interest of the students and to maintain the integrity of the examination.
Meanwhile, National Testing Agency (NTA) Director General Subodh Singh was also shunted amid allegations of irregularities in NEET and NET exams. They have been instructed to wait indefinitely until further orders are issued.
India Trade Promotion Organization (ITPO) Chairman and Managing Director Pradeep Singh Kharola has been given additional charge of NTA.
