CBSE Class 12 Results : Child Actor Suhani Sethi Scores 99 In Two Subjects

Child Actor Suhani Sethi, who featured in films like “Saand Ki Aankh” and Akshay Kumar-starrer “Katputli”, has scored 99 marks in two subjects in the Class 12 CBSE board exam.

CBSE declared the Class 12 results on Friday and 87.33 per cent students passed the exam, which is 5.38 per cent less than last year. There will be no merit list, the board announced, to “avoid unhealthy competition”.

Since last year, CBSE has introduced a six-digit security pin system for DigiLocker to keep students’ important data safe. The board has also advised students and parents to stay away from misleading information and fake websites.

Suhani Sethi, a humanities student at Delhi Public School, RK Puram, scored 99 marks in psychology and sociology. His marks in English and Economics were 98 and 97 respectively.

The 17-year-old girl is passionate about acting, said her father Sanjeev Sethi, who is a doctor. His mother Vandana is also a doctor.

Suhani Sethi has appeared in films like “Pal Pal Dil Ke Paas” and “Student Of The Year 2”, playing the younger version of Tara Sutaria’s character Mia. She has also done advertisements for popular brands.

Trivandrum region topped with 99.91 pass percentage. This year, girls with a pass percentage of 90.68 per cent outperformed boys by 6.01 per cent.
