The admission process for the ISB Hyderabad PGP YL programme includes a personal interview (PI) based on the students’ academic excellence, application essay and MBA entrance exam score performance. The shortlisted students will be interviewed by a panel of industry professionals, academicians and alumni holding senior positions, the statement said.

The programme fee for the academic year 2025-27 is Rs 21.65 Lakh + GST and accommodation fee is Rs 3.95 Lakh. Scholarships will be awarded to 40-50 per cent of students of the class based on merit and merit-cum-need criteria. Merit scholarships can provide up to 100 per cent tuition fee waiver for deserving candidates, the release said.

ISB’s PGP YL, scheduled to begin in mid-2025, will provide a hands-on learning experience through a curriculum designed as a response to the rapidly evolving business landscape and technology disruptions. The Post Graduate Program for Young Leaders (PGP YL) course curriculum will blend foundational business principles with advanced technology, data analytics courses and world perspectives to develop students as problem solvers.

Given the limited work experience of students, the PGP YL curriculum is designed to include experiential learning components, including a business design lab and an innovation lab. Additionally, students will have to complete a two-month mandatory summer internship, which will give them practical exposure to the business environment in various settings.
