IIM Kashipur Uttarakhand Conducted a Blood Donation drive at the Campus

Kashipur, Uttarakhand, September 13th, 2021: Indian Institute of Management Kashipur conducted a blood donation drive on 10th September at the campus through Parivartan Cell, the Corporate Social Responsibility (C.S.R.) body. The drive was conducted at the college premises in collaboration with Bharat Vikas Parishad and Govt. Blood Bank L.D. Bhatt Hospital. The event was inaugurated by Prof. Vaibhav Bhamoriya, Assistant Dean Development and Prof Abhishek Srivastava at IIM Kashipur.

The drive witnessed footfall of 66 students, faculty and staff members. The participants were also provided pre medical check-up prior to their donation. Volunteers helped the people and provided them moral support throughout the blood donation. Donors also availed various amenities post donation. This drive helped students in creating awareness about their social responsibilities. The drive was conducted in line with the Covid specific protocols so as to ensure the well-being of all the participants.

The entire fraternity of Indian Institute of Management Kashipur (IIM) Kashipur is thankful to all the attendees of the event and encouraging everyone to contribute towards a noble cause. The event was a great success due to the collective effort from Students, Faculty, Staff, Academic Associates and Parivartan Cell for safe and hassle-free arrangements.
