NEET Counselling 2024; Schedule, Registration, Fees And Process

MCC will provide a NEET 2024 counseling schedule along with an information bulletin, and MCC will update the NEET UG counseling portal.

NEET Counselling 2024: NEET Counseling 2024 is expected to start in the first week of July 2024. The Medical Counseling Committee (MCC), which handles the NEET counselling process, will announce the NEET counselling dates about a month after the NEET 2024 results are declared. MCC will provide a NEET 2024 counseling schedule along with an information bulletin, and MCC will update the NEET UG counseling portal.

Eligible candidates have to register, choose their preferred course and college and pay the required fee. The allotment of seats will be done on the basis of candidates’ preferences, NEET 2024 rank, seat availability and reservation criteria. MCC NEET Counseling 2024 will include 15% All India Quota (AIQ) seats in government colleges and 100% seats in deemed/central universities, ESIC/AFMS institutes, AIIMS, JIPMER and B.Sc Nursing programs based on NEET exam results.

NEET Counselling 2024 Schedule for counselling for MBBS and BDS courses for the academic year 2024-25 for All India Quota (AIQ) seats has not yet been officially released by the Medical Counselling Committee. The table below shows the tentative months for NEET Counselling 2024 events:

How to apply for NEET counseling 2024?

Instructions to apply for NEET UG 2024 counselling are given below in a step-by-step manner.

Step 1: Visit the official MCC website

Step 2: Proceed to step 2 by selecting the Menu icon in order to access the navigation menu.

Step 3: Select “UG Medical” from the available menu options.

Step 4: Navigate to the “Important Links” section and click on it.

Step 5: Find and click on the “Registration” link.

Step 6, you will need to provide the necessary information in the registration form.

Step 7: Complete the registration process by following the provided instructions.

Step 8: Once registered, proceed to the choice filling and locking stage.

Step 9: You will need to choose the colleges and courses based on availability and your eligibility.

Step 10: After finalizing your choices, lock your selections to confirm them, then submit.
