India’s top business school Management Development Institute Gurgaon (MDI Gurgaon) has started the application process for its two-year full-time postgraduate programmes for the 2025-27 academic session. Applications are now open for the 2025-2027 academic session for following PGDM Programme.

These programmes are designed to develop a blend of analytical capabilities, ethical leadership and a global perspective, which are crucial for success in the constantly evolving corporate landscape.
According to a press release announcement from the MDI Gurgaon indicates that the Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) has been recognized as one of the top 10 management programs in India. The program prioritizes the development of an inclusive business mindset and equips students with the skills needed to effectively manage uncertainty and complexity.
The PGDM in Human Resource Management is designed for those who wish to pursue a career in human resources. It aims to improve business performance by employing evidence-based practices in people management, preparing students to emerge as strategic leaders in the HR field.
The PGDM-International Business (PGDM-IB) program similarly offers a dual degree in partnership with ESCP Europe, allowing students to study in Europe and gain significant international experience while specializing in cross-cultural management, as MDI Gurgaon points out in its announcement.
In contrast, the PGDM-Business Analytics program addresses the growing need for data-driven decision-making, equipping students with the skills needed to tackle business challenges through analytics.
With regard to placements, MDI Gurgaon proudly reports a 100 percent placement rate for both the PGDM and PGDM-IB programs, while the PGDM-HRM program has achieved a placement rate of 93.50 percent. Key employers are spread across various sectors, including BFSI, manufacturing, consulting, FMCG/FMCD, technology, and emerging sectors such as fintech and edtech.
The MDI Gurgaon highest salary package is reported at Rs 63.3 Lakh per annum and the average placement is reported 25.5 Lakh per annum, with regular recruiters including Accenture, Aditya Birla Group, Airtel, BlackRock, Coca-Cola, Google, ITC, Microsoft, Mondelez and Standard Chartered.
