IGNOU Admission: Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) has extended the last date for admission to online distance learning and online programmes. The last date is now March 31, except for certificate and semester courses. Earlier the last date was March 15. Candidates must have a DEB ID (a unique ID that is to be mandatorily created by the learner) for admission.
To complete the registration process, applicants must submit all the required documents in the specified format. IGNOU offers a wide range of programs including undergraduate, postgraduate, diploma, and certificate courses, with admissions available in both January and June sessions. Candidates can cancel their IGNOU application directly through the registration portal.
It is important to note that application cancellation requests should not be sent via email or iGRAM. Once the application is cancelled, it cannot be reinstated, and any applicable refunds will be processed as per the university policies.
Meanwhile, the university launched a Bachelor of Arts Programme in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (BAMSME). The programme will be offered through the School of Vocational Education and Training. It aims to equip aspiring entrepreneurs with the skills, knowledge and confidence needed to start and successfully manage business ventures.
