CLAT 2022 Counselling Process Begins, Registration Window opened on June 25.

As per the Consortium of National Law Universities (CNLU), the registration process for CLAT 2022 counselling has started. The registration window opened on June 25. The counseling round dates can be checked on the official website of the Consortium of National Law Universities, consortiumofnlus.ac.in.

As per the official announcement, the counseling registration deadline is June 27, 2022. The first provisional merit list will be made public on June 30, followed by the second and third provisional merit list on July 7 and July 12, 2022 respectively.

Through the easy procedures listed below, candidates can submit the application for the CLAT 2022 counselling Phase:

Step 1: Visit consortiumofnlus.ac.in to access the organization’s official website.
Step 2: Click “Submit” after entering your login information.
Step 3: Enter the information and finish the application.
Step 4: Make your payment and then press “Submit.”
Step 5: Save a physical copy of the confirmation page for future reference after downloading it.

“All candidates are advised to log on to the consortium website and confirm whether they have been invited for counselling. In addition, an Email/SMS will be sent to all eligible candidates inviting them for counselling. Candidates can login to their CLAT account and register for the counseling process. Candidates are advised to login and check whether they have been invited for counselling.

CLAT Consortium will not be responsible for non-delivery of Emails/SMS,” according to the official statement.

General category candidates have to pay Rs. 30 000 to reserve a seat. The registration cost for SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PWD/BC and other reserved categories is Rs 20,000. For seat allotment, only applicants who successfully complete the counseling registration process will be taken into consideration.

Out of 60,895 registered candidates, 56472 candidates have appeared for CLAT 2022. The participating NLUs offer around 2,800 seats in 5-year LLB programme and around 850 seats in the LLM programme based on CLAT 2022 scores.
