CAT-2023 Result Expected Date: Non-IIM Cut-Off; List of Top B-Schools Offering MBA Admission

CAT-2023 Result: The Indian Institute of Management Lucknow (IIM Lucknow) is expected to declare the results of the Common Admission Test (CAT 2023) in the last week of December or second week of January 2024. The official website, iimcat.ac.in, will activate the link for the IIM CAT 2023 result.

CAT exam 2023 is conducted every year for admission to MBA and PGDM programs offered by 21 IIMs and over 1,200 B-schools across the country. As per the selection process, CAT score is just one component of the admission process. Some IIMs conduct written aptitude test (WAT) and interview rounds for further selection and some also take into account the work experience of the applicants for shortlisting.

This year, CAT recorded 3.3 lakh registrations, which is 30% more than last year and the highest in a decade. After the declaration of CAT-2023 result, each participating institute will announce the CAT cut-off for admission. The cut-off is determined on the basis of various factors like number of candidates, difficulty level, previous year trends. Ranks are allotted to the candidates on the basis of scaled marks obtained by the candidates in a section.
